At Guiding Growth, we provide Level 2 Physical Intervention and Conflict Management Training, specifically designed for staff working in children’s homes.

Our training equips teams with the knowledge and practical skills to safely and effectively manage challenging behaviour; de-escalate conflict using communication and intervention techniques.
